Common Questions Regarding Our Training Courses and Certification Processes
How long is a training certification valid?
All certifications are valid for life.
Is it possible to skip the prerequisite classroom course(s) for a certification process and just take the online portion?
All prerequisite course(s) must be completed prior to completing the related online portion. In the past, we did allow courses to be skipped; however, in 100% of the cases we have seen in over 10 years of teaching, individuals end up slowing down classes and taking the prerequisite courses anyway.
Can I get help during the certification process other than just the phone interview?
Absolutely! We encourage mistakes, which is part of the learning process. We can see an individual’s answers and can help guide them when they are stuck. Keep in mind, that our process is not a test.
I already have a certification from a manufacturer. Do I need your certification?
Our processes are manufacturer neutral and focuses on applications; therefore, students completing our process are not confined to just one manufacturer of test equipment. In addition, our process is more rigorous than anything currently offered on the market and we do it without a test. We have learned over the years that tests do not truly determine what an individual understands and can apply in the field.
What should I bring to class?
When students register for a class, they receive an automated email with important course information, such as what to bring to class. Registered users also receive access to their own unique secure Home Page on our website, which will list completed and scheduled training courses and certification programs.
What if I don’t have test equipment for the training?
In most cases, we can work with the manufacturer of your choice to get a demo unit for the training session. We are manufacturer neutral, so our goal is to work with all manufacturers. Requests should be emailed to info@bryantsolutions.com 10-workdays prior to your course start date.
How early should I arrive on the first day of class?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the start time on the first day. This will allow time to setup your equipment and get connected to our system.
What happens if I need to cancel my training?
Cancellations can be performed on your unique Home Page located on our website or you can call us at +1-925-968-9265. Refer to our Terms and Conditions Page regarding cancellation policies.
How do I schedule on-site training for my company?
